Validation of Academic Documents
In order to be eligible for validation of academic documents, you must have already created a Student Dossier at the Embassy’s consular section. If you don’t already possess one, it is recommended to refer to the section on “Creating Your Student Dossier”.
The following documents can be validated for all Students:
- Certificate of Registration/Enrollment at the University
- University Transcript of grades
- Graduation Certificates/ related Documents
- Photocopy of a legitimate residence permit
- Photocopy of all passport pages
Required documents:
- A filled out copy of form [No. 405]. (Where it must be clearly indicated what document(s) are to be validated )
- In order to have your academic documents(at all levels), validated and approved of, it is necessary that they have already been approved by the Dutch Ministry of Culture, Science, and Education( DUO – IB - Groep) and then Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

PLEASE NOTE: Students in the fields of Medicine, Cancer Prevention, and other related fields, must submit all of their validated academic documents, to the Student Affairs Department of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education.
